About Kiana

I’ve had the privilege of working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that I still love what I do every day. As a BCBA and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), I am passionate about helping individuals and families discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful goals that make a lasting difference in their lives.

I believe that the best outcomes happen when we truly listen to our learners and families. That’s why my approach is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and respect. Every learner is unique, and I strive to create individualized, inclusive, and engaging programs that celebrate who they are while helping them build the skills they need to thrive.

Whether I’m supporting a young child learning to communicate, coaching parents through challenging moments, or collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, my goal is always the same: to make therapy meaningful, empowering, and enjoyable. I am committed to creating environments where learners feel successful, families feel supported, and progress is measured not only by data, but by smiles, confidence, independence, and improved quality of life.

For me, this is more than a profession; it’s a passion. I am honoured to be part of each family’s journey and inspired every day by the incredible individuals I have the opportunity to support.
