The tickets are selling out for the event and donations are beyond what we could have ever imagined. We are forever grateful for every single person collaborating in making this fundraiser a HUGE success already!
The past few months we’ve been going out within our community and reaching out for support. The response has seen so positive and uplifting.
People have been sharing their own personal stories of how autism has either affected their lives or those around them. In turn, it has reflected in the massive success we expect next week.
When I was asked to take on the challenge of gathering donations, my immediate response was ” OF COURSE!” I love to talk and connecting with people is just my thing, so let’s make this happen and make it bigger than last year!
Every single interaction I made gave me the opportunity to talk about the wonderful things that The Lighthouse does on a daily basis. I spoke with such conviction and positivity, because I know that this school truly loves each and every child as if they were their own.
As a parent of 4 little kids myself, I understand 100% that children spend majority of their day with their caregivers or teachers. Nothing is more comforting to know that they are loved and learning in a safe environment to their full potential.
The purpose of this fundraiser is to bring in more resources that will help enhance each child’s learing experience. The Lighthouse is growing every single day, and we are very proud of our accomplishments!

The event will take place Friday February 24th, 2017 @ 8pm- midnight at Stellar Lanes Bowling.
Food will be provided by Food in Motion, Pusateri, LA Rocca and homemade dishes from our very own Serena and team! So come with a good apetite and fun spirit.
